Addis Energy today introduced its technology platform, which harnesses the Earth’s chemical and thermal potential for clean ammonia production at low cost through a net energy-positive process.

MIT Technology Review highlights the company funding announcement and the groundbreaking research by Addis co-founder Iwnetim Abate published by Joule.

Joule published the research from co-founder Prof. Abate’s lab covering geological ammonia (stimulated NH3 production from rocks). This research was the foundation from which the company will continue to scale.
